Update on the Youth's Yard Sale for Camp 2012

Last Saturday the youth had a yard sale attempting to raise money for camp. Of course they had no idea how well they would do, but their goal was $500. A lofty goal, but one they trusted God for. The yard sale started at 6 AM. By 8 AM they had sold about $50 worth of merchandise. It wasn't looking good. But between the hours of 8:30 and 10:30 AM they sold close to $300! By closing time at 12 PM the youth had made $430! The cherry on top was someone came forward and donated the remaining $70 needed. $500 raised, awesome.

Thank you for your donations and support. Because of you the youth will be able to pay their deposit on February 1.

• Volunteer Dinner: This Friday January 20 at 6:30 PM. A spaghetti dinner just to say thank you to our volunteers.
• Youth Camp Yard Sale: Saturday January 21 6 AM. We have to get to camp and we have a deposit of $500 that we have to make by February 1. We need your help. Bring yard sale items to the church Tuesday-Friday 11AM-4PM.
• The Lord's Supper this weekend during services
